ALISON was amazing easy to understand, Sonnet as a company are not

ALISON was amazing easy to understand explained things simply but l in no way felt like an idiot, thank you Alison for your professional support Update although Alison was amazing unfortunately Sonnet is not.when my renewal Date came up they doubled my premiums even though I had no claims .when I asked them to explain why they said thats the new rate. I went to Intact and paid half of my original first year rate rate that I had with Sonnet.
