Fast and efficient customer service!

I have been with Sonnet for a few years now, I decided to change companies because when I needed the previous one to have my back they failed and then on renewal my premiums went up. On a complicated claim Sonnet treated came through with flying colors! My premiums actually went down this last renewal.....refreshing. From customer service to claims agents 5 stars ***** Always treated with respect.

I have to contact my providers (Shaw, Rogers, my bank) from time to time. The MOST frustrating issue I come across is the people I'm communicating with have not mastered the English spoken language. This ends up costing me time either repeating what I said or them repeating what they said because I did not understand them. I was actually very surprised when I called you. She was clear, consise and very easy to understand. VERY impressed. Thank you.
