I've been with with Sonnet for a few years now and I've had to make a couple claims. 1 for someone badly dooring my car and another for having my vehicle stolen. For both claims everything went smooth with no issues.
It's self service and fast. You get your electronic documents right away.
Customer service answered within a couple of minutes so no long wait, but they have to direct you back to doing it online yourself. If you really have technical problems doing it yourself, they are understanding and do not judge you. They found a way to help me.
Rates are reasonable. I honestly recommend Sonnet.
