Testing done for cancer

My dog had 2 rests to determine if he had cancer and to determine what kind and stage. The insurance covered all the testing. They did not cover prescriptions.

I have had Pets Best for years. It is easy to use from the submission of the claim to reimbursement. I would recommend it for Illness and Injury because it adds assurance if your pet gets sick or injured. It provides peace of mind.

Always have peace of mind

I recently had an issue with Brigitte having issues with mobility, and not once that I have to question the care that my vet could provide because I have peace of mind that I'm covered by Pets Best. Not only is she covered but so are my other two dogs. They are always efficient, caring and answer any questions that I have. Thank you for allowing me to care for my animals without having to worry about the cost.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
