Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

This is the first pet we have opted for pet insurance for and we could not have made a better choice. While there is a 30 day lag between submitting the claim and being reimbursed the customer service portal is very informative about where we were in the process the whole time.

Thank you so much for covering Betty’s surgery! It literally saved her life, and you literally saved me from the brink of bankruptcy. With a new baby, related medical bills and recovery costs, and huge childcare expenses, I had no idea where the money for an emergency surgery would come from. I’ve insured both of my cats since I got them, because (from a previous cat) I knew that this kind of vet emergency needs protection. You don’t want to be in a position of deciding whether you can afford to save your pet’s life. I was sooooo relieved to know that she was covered, and surprised that the insurance covered everything after the deductible! I can never tell you what a difference this insurance made in my life this year. Betty is a happy healthy (still ornery) three year old kitty again. Thank you! <3

We've had Nationwide pet insurance since our Diesel was 10 weeks old. They've always been reliable and cover exactly what they say they will! The best part is there is no surprises. Would definitely recommend this insurance to anyone who loves their pet!!
