love nationwide!
i think Nationwide does a great job for insurance for my pet. the forms are easy to fill out and they get back to me right away. always so grateful for the coverage they provide.

Jury is still out....
Policy was in place before a rescue was fixed, chipped, shots-to-date, and dental. Only rec'd a tiny amount back on dental, plus a request for all vet reports available. Still waiting....

Thankful we use your service for help with shadows medical bills.
Once I learned I receive a discount for this service through work I got it immediately got the service once I passed the minimum expense they started to reimburse me and it was all worth it when my husky got sick and we needed to take him to the vet I quickly learn how expensive it can get but about 3 weeks later I was reimbursed for most of it and was able to care for my Shadow without falling behind on my bills

Great Insurance Coverage
I have had Nationwide insurance on my Lab for 1 1/2 years now and have received absolutely the best professional care! Both in terms of customer service, expert advise and prompt claim reviews/resolution. I can honestly say I would choose no other insurance program for my Pet!!

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
