Every Claim Submitted Has Been Payed! 100%Satisfied
I highly recommend Nationwide to all pet owners. I just lost one of my Italian Greyhound’s Sept 1st to Lymphoma after 6 months of chemotherapy. I called Nationwide and asked them if they could expedite my claims as chemo was very expensive and I needed to be reimbursed quickly to pay for next round every 2 weeks. I’ve never been more impressed w an insurance company who demonstrated compassion and willingness to accommodate my financial hardships. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Nationwide has exceeded my expectations.
Filing a claim is super easy. I submit it with my phone and after a short review process the payment is deposited in my checking account. (The claim process should be this easy with my own healthcare policy). Our dog needed to be anesthesized to have a biopsy done and it was nice to know I had coverage. I didn’t need to get prior approval to get the claim covered. I just submitted the necessary documentation and the payment followed quickly.

Great customer service and timely payment of claims
very happy with our almost full year of insurance for our puppy who just turned 1. Nervous about the premium renewal, hoping it doesn't go up for the 2nd year.
