Excellent Customer Care

We have insured our two dogs, Nugget and Lilly, since 2022. Our claims have always been processed quickly and any time we have contacted customer support, they have been very helpful. Most recently. a claim was initially denied for a pre-existing condition. When I called to explain that the condition was diagnosed after coverage started, they re-submitted and paid the claim. I’m very happy with MetLife and would highly recommend to anyone with a pet.
