Happy to have the pet insurance
Overall the claims experience was very positive and as expected. I uploaded a receipt that did not show all the details and ran into some minor issues. When trying to add new documents to the claim there were a couple of glitches with the mobile app. I made a call to customer service and they were able to solve the problems with the paperwork. The Customer service representative was great. She even asked about my puppy to see how he was doing and processed the claim I was having trouble with.
Having this pet insurance when an unexpected bills happen from the vet turned out to be a very good choice for me.
