Easy, great customer service, hopefully good coverage.
A Metlife policy came with my dogs adoption and the process of setting it up was super easy and my rep was so nice. I decided to extend the policy and it was very easy. I’m hoping it will be easy and straightforward when I’ll need to utilize it.

Quick and Easy Experience
I was able to submit my claim online in a matter of 10 minutes. Quick response and processing. My only challenge is that you can only upload a file(s) that are less than a certain file size. If you are scanning multiple copies of SOAP notes, Invoices and receipts it will exceed the file size quickly.
