Processing was quick
Process was quick and representatives were very helpful.
The only thing I would complain about is the app, I would try to add documents to an existing claim and it would create a whole new claim, what should have been 1 claim turned into 3.

Always an easy and seamless experience to file claims and receive a refund. Signing up for MetLife pet insurance is one of the best decisions I’ve made and I always refer them to friends and family who have pets too.
