It is easy to submit claims
It is easy to submit claims. The only issue I had was having a claim denied that shouldn't have been, but it was easily resolved by a phone call and a form for the Dr. to fill out to verify the injury was not related to a preexisting injury. Great coverage options and affordable monthly pricing.
