Great customer service experiences

So far, my calls to MetLife Pet Insurance have been excellent. They’ve answered quickly, the representatives have all been based in the United States and speak very good English, and everyone has been pleasant to work with. I haven’t had to file a claim yet—hopefully I never need to—but their customer service has been great so far.
