Relatively straightforward website
Relatively straightforward website, easy to get to adjustable parameters affecting the premium cost. Should be up front about (a) initial $12 registration fee and (b) additional $3/month fee if paying monthly instead of one annual payment. Should also include brief explanation of what vet info is needed and at what time (e.g. time of 1st claim)

I had pet insurance with Nationwide & they never asked for soap notes. It was so much easier. Its such a hassle..maybe wouldn't b if you actually tried to get the soap notes from vet yourselves. They say they try but never get response. They are always avail
