Great customer service and very helpful in detail what I needed to send in for claims for my Declan. Very knowledgeable and patient with me. Everything was done quickly and easy to understand. Agent was very courteous as well.

Affordable and easy to sign up.

One of my pets passed away on a group policy. I call to notify them and was sent to SALES. They update the policy and demand another premium payment for the updated policy. They literally just took my premium from my account with my deceased pet that day. They refuse to cacel my deceased pet until I pay them a new premium. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner. We are at a stand off. They will keep taking my money while waiting for more before I can get it settled. To Metlife and your standard comment on all negative reviews...skip the platitudes. They mean nothing. Your "customer service" is useless so don't insult me further.
