It is truly a lifesaver
The agents I’ve spoken with over the phone have always been very helpful and understanding with any questions I’ve had. The well wishes and compassion I’ve received when going through such a tough situation as an unknown sudden illness with my dog has made me feel a little better while going through the healing process with her. The claim process from start to finish and reimbursement/payments so far have been easier and exceeded my expectations. Even the process of needing part of a claim resubmitted and corrected was quick and easy. I was happy to be able to put my full focus on my baby’s healing without worrying so much about the costs.

MetLife is a great company. I’ve had the opportunity to utilize the Pet insurance policy in the past and have decided and chose to use MetLife Pet Insurance as the company to provide the service.
