This company has been a good experience since the day I signed on. I file my claim and general have the claim paid within a week. That's great service!

Most claims are paid timely ( one week…
Most claims are paid timely ( one week or less), but there are some that go on for weeks. Lately I’ve had issues with the system timing out causing me to have to shut down that instance and log in again in order to submit multiple claims.

Company covers alot
Company covers alot. Supplements and holistic treatments. At first the claim process was horrible. Had to submit claims several times, faces wouldn't go through, app didn't work properly & emails they'd only receive half the time. I was very frustrated with the process and always told a different method to submit when I called. Luckily that issue has resolved. It also used to take a very long time to get reimbursed ( 25 to 30 days ). This has also improved. Now about 15 to 20 days. All service agents have always been nice and respectful. I'd say they are evenly priced with other leading pet insurance companies. Been with them 1 year now.
