Experience hasn’t been good at all
Getting them to pay claims is horrible.
Even with the medical records sent several times they still send email(s) saying they don’t have them and it’s taking several months to get claims
Even though the invoices, medical records were sent in within a week of the services being rendered.

This is the best pet insurance
This is the best pet insurance. Much better than my previous which kept raising the premium and denying payments. The system is easy and so much has been covered - it’s a lifesaver! Highly recommend.

Seems like a good value for a young dog or cat. Older animal care is quite a bit more expensive.
