Difficult claim
If you are going to require 12 months of vet records the first time you file a claim, you should just ask for it when I apply for the insurance. It is a little hard to get that stuff several years later. Also, customer service seems a little snippy. And when you ask for stuff they repeat the same rote (I assume) answer. If you told me it once and I didn't understand then perhaps try to reword it. I have been paying for several years with no claims so obviously my dog has been healthy up til now. This is turning into a waste of a lot of money.
