Customer service didn't get back to me at all. The chat kept having a hard time going through. Then I couldn't get 10% off bc there was an issue with my husbands SSO for General Electric employer.

Frustrating claims process
It took me months to be able to receive payment for my claims. Every interaction that i had led me to upload paperwork that was not needed and then denied. When I spoke with agents they asked for information that was already provided and on the website. I literally had to tell the representative where to find it. I finally managed to speak with a manager that gave me correct information
