Everything was very easy to do
Everything was very easy to do. The only two issues I have was I could only add 3 of my cats to the plan and I have 5. Also, when trying to connect to an agent, it never went thru.

I’m supposed to have a company discount…
I’m supposed to have a company discount however the price I pay is more than the quote that I received.
My puppy has had multiple urinary tract infections and every time a claim is filed, MetLife claims it’s a preexisting condition. How can that be? Apparently they don’t truly know the difference between preexisting condition and reoccurring condition. So my claims are not paid. I even resubmitted the paperwork from the vet showing the uti had cleared . Ugh I have wasted too many hours on this!
