Claims processed quick. I submitted a wellness claim, and it was processed the next day. ManyPets’ customer service was very nice and listened to my concerns, they do pick up the phone as well, I didn’t have to wait long when I called them. I have 6 dogs, and I use ManyPets for them all.

So hard to get reimbursed

My first claim...never got reimbursed still...it's been 3 weeks. Been emailing them, I get a reply but nothing to solve my issue. This is very frustrating.

I had compared prices of pet insurance…best for the money.

I had compared prices of pet insurance for several weeks for my Morkie trying to decide if I needed or wanted insurance and finally decided after reviewing the top rated ones, I went for Many Pets both for its ratings and price. I have not used it and hope I don’t need to, but I have it now. My mind rests satisfied! Thank you Many Pets.

I had been shopping for pet insurance

I had been shopping for pet insurance. There were so many! It was making me crazy trying to decide. So I found ManyPets. The price was good as was the coverage, so I made the decision. The transaction went very easy and took no time at all. I'm hoping that if I need to use the insurance, all will work out well.

The sign up experience was very easy…

The sign up experience was very easy and straight forward without any hidden prices. Haven’t used the service yet, but from other reviews and the information on their site it seems very easy to submit a claim.
