First time customer
Despite waiting online for 15 min on hold to get to an agent, Nadine was very helpful to answer all my questions and provide live examples for each scenario. Very happy with my pet insurance selections. If signing up new, few notes: wellness package does not add any value. I hope Fetch replaces it with more beneficial option in the future. Make sure to ask for other deductibles and payout limits. Fetch does not payout to credit card. I hope one day they do that.

Peace of mind
Megan was extremely helpful and informative. She quickly put me at ease after my bad experience with another company's ambiguous,and repeated claim denials It was a true pleasure to speak with someone that didn't treat me and Mickey as a number. She made me feel like she truly cared about my doggy's wellbeing, and she was extremely patient and helpful in finding us the right plan. Finally, peace of mind.

Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.
Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
