Nicely surprised

I have had other insurances for my animals but each company has become more and more expensive over the years. So I shopped for a new carrier and found ASPCA. My Aussie/Border Collie mix runs in an open field and comes home loaded with foxtails. Recently she swallowed one and we had to take her to emergency. She ended up being able to pass it by herself but I still submitted a claim since we had paid a $300 vet bill for the exam (they knocked her out). Was very pleased when it was covered.

Great coverage

I have multiple dogs covered with ASPCA insurance and it is great! The coverage is excellent. But, just as important, the customer service is great. I always get my questions answered quickly, claims are easy to file, and they are responded to quickly as well.

Fair and honest

Talk with ASPCA before submitting your first claim to make sure you proceed correctly. Note that bills submitted online as file attachments cannot have names, containing underscores.

This is what all insurance should be...

I've subscribed to ASPCA Pet Insurance for several years, and never had to make a significant claim until recently. My cat, Abby, is an outdoor cat. Everyone in the neighborhood loves her. However, a new cat moved into the area and threatened Abby's territory. There was an attack by the new cat and Abby sustained several bites on her neck. Two of them became very infected, so, I took her to the vet. the process of healing began. The cost was very expensive. That's when I made a claim to ASPCA Pet Insurance, and received the help I needed to pay for Abby's care. The application process is so simple and easy. Plus, they are quick to make a payment. A kind man called to make sure everything went well, and asked if I had any questions. Not only that but the premiums are very affordable. Therefore, if you have a pet that is like a family member, then, for peace of mind, you should purchase ASPCA Pet Insurance. You will not regret it!
