I cannot say enough good things about this animal hospital! Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and Dr. Thomas made me feel so at ease when caring for my sick cat. I still receive follow-up communications checking in on him, days after he was seen. I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new vet!

Aardvark always prioritizes our concerns for our dogs and tries to get us in as quickly as possible. We love the front desk staff as they are always so friendly and helpful, especially Lauren! Dr. Thomas is thorough and very knowledgeable. All of the staff that we interact with are always so positive and caring towards our dogs. We will always recommend Aardvark!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I highly recommend. I’ve tried a few vets in the area over the last 10 years and this place is BY FAR the best I’ve found!!! Let’s start with the 1st phone call I made to them.. a female voice answered and from the very beginning she was incredibly sweet, very compassionate and so understanding. She got my info, my pets info and found us an appointment that fit MY schedule. After that 1st call you can use their app to fill out more information, send messages, see prescription info etc. fast forward a few days later. Walking into the building I was shocked to find a HUGE waiting room with leather sofas. It’s light, bright and very welcoming. The office itself is really modern, clean and just a pleasure. The staff welcomed, being new customers, us with a bag full of goodies. They even had our name on a sign in the lobby. Really great touch. The parrots in the lobby talk, hello… There is a fridge that is full of drinks that you are more than welcome too. Full size at that. The exam rooms are BIG, bright, modern, have leather chairs AND flat screen tv’s. All a really nice touch. The vet and her team are amazing!! Long story short I had been seeing another vet that was charging me an astronomical amount for once a month shots that were not really working. She gave my dog a few scripts and the very next day she was doing and feeling SO MUCH BETTER. I could go on and on. So in summary this place was really just an amazing experience from the very first moment. The prices are great as well. Thank you staff!!

If I could I would give zero stars I would give zero stars because I should post a while back but anyway I would never take my pets there again because of how bad they treated me and my pets and I do not recommend them at all and they are overpriced and they don’t treat them right either and sadly we lost my family dog because of a surgery that was mainly supposed to take a skin tag and a small little cyst off and turned in them to take out multiple of my dog teeth out and nothing was wrong with his teeth and we lost him a couple weeks after the surgery got done his health went down hill after this surgery and all the stuff they did to him that was unnecessary stuff that they didn’t have to pull out like his teeth and they didn’t even bother calling us and when we went to pick him up they said oh yeah we pulled out multiple of your dogs teeth out. They didn’t even ask for permission from us and they still pulled them out and why would we took it out if his teeth when they were good and healthy and my other vet I went too before he passed away said his teeth were healthy and they were not happy that you guys took out his teeth. This is the worst veterinary hospital to go too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY HOSPITAL TO NO ONE!!!!

Wonderful and attentive veterinarian, techs, and staff. They are fantastic at caring for my pets, and it’s obvious they love what they do here! Not only do they see cats/dogs, they also care for exotic pets too! From the moment you walk in, to checking out, you will feel right at home. The waiting area and medical rooms are always calm, clean and organized, and Ive never felt unheard or rushed through appointments. They even have complimentary snacks and drinks and gave a sweet welcome package to my cats filled with toys and useful items. We are so thankful our pets are cared for by Aardvark!
