Dr. Kwon and his staff are very kind and welcoming. I've had no issues getting an appointment or medications for my two cats. Dr. Kwon is patient with my cats and discusses options for their care. I highly recommend this office!

My dog has been having skin issues and has stunk for a few months from it. Took him to my old vet twice with no answers or long term relief. Switched to family paws animal hospital and they were able to get to the root cause and he’s all better now. I wish I would have switched months ago! Thanks for making Mack feel better!

Family Paws Animal Hospital is hands down the best vet clinic we’ve ever been to. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about both pets and their families. Dr. Kwon is the absolute nicest vet — he explained everything clearly, treated our dog with so much compassion, and never made us feel rushed. Our pup has been through a lot, and having a doctor who cares this much means the world. On top of their amazing care, their prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics. It’s such a relief to know we can give our dog the treatment she needs without impossible costs. We’re so grateful for Family Paws and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable vet! I can’t wait to see the places Dr. Kwon and the staff are going to go, they are so kindhearted people.

After spending 2k at a big name vet who told us we might have to put our cat down and gave no clarity as to what was happening, I was recommended Dr Kwon, and thank God I listened and got a second opinion. He was absolutely amazing in explaining the blood results, reassuring me she will be ok and that she just needed a change in her diet. His patience with my million questions, my toddlers running around, and his knowledge was amazing. This practice will from now on be our animals vet, it is 100% worth the 30 min drive. All the staff is so kind and helpful, and they got me in same day after calling crying needing help with our 8 year old cat. Absolutely amazing practice, can’t recommend enough!

Visiting my son in Chagrin Falls and had an urgent situation with my dog who had been treated by my home vet for ear issues in the past. Jae Kwon DVM is my son's veterinarian so he recommended I see him. Walked in to the office, explained the situation, and he saw us the same day. He consulted with my veterinarian back in Michigan and prescribed medication that handled the issue. He spent so much time with us, explaining causes and various treatments. He is amazing and I certainly would highly recommend trusting your fur baby to him! Thank you Dr Kwon!! Cheryl
