This is the most considerate and thoughtful place anywhere in Miami., and I have had many years of experiences, since I have always had English bulldogs and now a French bulldog and they are a breeds that needs care! I’m not a person that commonly does reviews but I had the worse scare with my Frenchi- he was outside and we unknowingly left the house, when we came back almost 4 hours later we had to rush him on a Saturday almost closing time to the clinic!, He was in bad shape- the doctor and the staff treated him so strategically and quickly that I know that’s what saved him!, I will forever be grateful- they truly care.

Excellent, kind and caring professionals. I wish I hadn't needed the service. It was a sad day for the family but it was a great help to have the doctor and his staff for the final minutes of our beloved Kyra. Thank you for your support and delicate attention and thank you for having come to our house to facilitate the peace of mind of our dog in her last moments. Our thanks for your excellent work and professionalism.

This place is absolutely horrible please do not take your pet here! They gave my small dog an opioid shot after not finding any fractures or concerns. They told me it was an anti-inflammatory medication. I ended up having to take my dog to Miami Veterinary Hospital on Sunset and 86th Avenue. I wished I had taken her there before taking her to Flagler Animal Clinic. They almost killed her with that shot as she has extreme side effects where she was unable to walk or hold herself up, and unable to poo or pee for over 12 hours. Miami Vet Hospital told me they found a toxin in her body and that this was a result of the buprophanyl they gave her. Flagler animal clinic was unable to provide me a refund as the Vet there says he did nothing wrong, acting extremely hostile and stating he followed protocol when he told me she had no injuries so why give her an opiate?? He told me that can happen to any dog and that it is not his fault. Shame on them. Horrible care, Horrible doctor and horrible customer service.
