The veterinarians are awesome here- especially Dr Kroll. But it’s the vet technicians and support staff that are the superhero’s. Last night we lost my daughter’s 23 year old cat. When I called to bring him in after a terrible seizure, I was crying so hard I couldn’t get the words out. The staff told me that they would be waiting. When we arrived they had the room ready and the techs let my daughter hold him while they put in the IV. We stayed with him for a long time and then the techs helped us get his paws and a nose print. I know that they were trying to finish their shifts but the kindness and compassion they showed was incredible. Dr Kroll cared for Oliver through his hospice care and gave us a few more weeks with him. We are exceptionally grateful for all of them. ❤️🩹💔

I have to say that this veterinarian hospital is by far the best hospital I have ever been to. I brought gizzy my cat in last night for an emergency I picked him up last night and he was very hot, I went to go put him in his pet carrier and he was limp as a rag I was so very scared 0 I called the hospital and they told me that they could get him in right away as an emergency. It was almost 5:00 and they closed at 5:00 she told me if I could get there by 5:15 that she would take me. I told her that I'm going to rush, she said don't worry when you get here we'll take you she made me feel at ease when I got there they were so compassionate and I had horse turned tears in my eyes I was so scared m13 veterinarian walked in he seen my tears and said oh don't worry honey we're going to get your baby better. I just want to say that maybe some vets don't think it's important, but it is extremely important, but it is extremely important to have good bedside manner with the family of the pet. And I was beside myself and that doctor was so kind. They gave gizzy a shot of an antibiotic and some pills to bring his temperature down and then we're going to figure out what's going on from there in a couple days. I couldn't be more happy with them as a clinic. This clinic rules. I am a hairdresser and I tell all of my hair clients and I mean all of them if you have animals this is the place you need to take your animals to. I don't have children so my animals are my children. I have that insurance for them the best is lemonade you can get $20,000 coverage with only a 10% out of pocket with a 90% reimbursement and only $100 deductible per year and it's only a little under $40 a month plus you get the annual vet visit and also the three vaccines a year are paid for with the insurance look it up it's great ..

Truly a caring and great team of animal lovers. They took great care of my Linda and got her back to herself. They helped more than you know. Clean and smells like a vet office, not dirty very open which is nice. I trust them with my pets.

Cannot say enough positive things about the care provided by Viscaya Prado! Had an emergency and was worked into the schedule quickly. We were met by compassionate employees who went out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable. The vet we saw was knowledgeable and took care of our needs. I highly recommend Viscaya Prado!

Dr Kroll is the best veterinarian I have encountered in more than 50 years of veterinary medicine I have experienced. His kindness is unmatched and he truly cares for my critters. I’m so grateful for Doc. The support staff is amazing. From the people who answer the phone to check in and check out the staff members are incredibly kind.
