Been to this location, and the Cape Coral location. Best and nicest vet staffs around. My Eve hates going anywhere, but the vet tech made her feel comfortable, and was very sweet with her.

Love CCPV! They have been caring for my dogs and cat for over 15 years. The staff is great and the Doctors are amazing. They have been there for us through the good and the bad. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

This is our 2nd visit to see Dr. Lomnicki and I just don't have enough good things to say about them! Not only is everyone at this office amazing to work with- from front desk to vet- but they genuinely care about these fur babies. They have wellness plans that actually cover what you might need in a Year AND they are priced so that caring for your baby doesn't have to be a decision you toil over, it's actually affordable. So incredibly grateful that good vets still exist out there. Highly recommend!!!

They are always so easy to work with. All of the staff are great. They're always so friendly and care so much about the pets. They know how to explain things to the pet owner and have great package prices.

I was a little iffy after our first (and last) visit, but after another vet visit at a different location today, we will never be back. We brought our cat in for a possible UTI, and notified them that he can be pretty awful at the vet. The vet only spent about 30 seconds and then said she couldn’t even properly examine him, and we would have to be transferred to the other location where we were quoted well over $2,000 for extensive care, fluids, overnight care, sedation, etc. This was over the top, and not a necessary step at the time. Our cat has had this situation before, he’s never had a full urinary blockage, so antibiotics have always worked in the past. We were charged over $100 for an “exam” and over $70 for 8 pills. But here’s the thing, I couldn’t quite figure out what exactly these pills were. Was it an antibiotic? The pills we were given (which we just found out today from another vet) were for NAUSEA AND MOTION SICKNESS, meaning our cat has been suffering for an additional 3+ weeks with an untreated infection. It wasn’t until today that our cat had started urinating uncontrollably that we had to bring him back to a vet, to realize Pet Vet North did absolutely nothing but rip us off on an “exam” and unnecessary pills. We were told to crush the pills and mix them with water and we weren’t even given a syringe to do that, so I had to waste more money finding an appropriate feeding syringe to do so. If you can’t even get to check the basics like heart rate, eyes, breathing, ears, etc. then why are you charging over $100 for a basic exam? The team at Hancock Animal Hospital went above and beyond today, going over multiple options, an exam, and actually giving us antibiotics, and proper care, all for less than PVN.
