By far, Cristina Bustamante is the best veterinarian in Miami. I’ve been bringing Mozart to her for quite some time now, and the level of care has always been exceptional. She truly listens, understands my concerns, and always takes the best possible care of Mozart. I have a senior dog (a 12 year old Lab), and she consistently presents the best options to make sure he stays comfortable and well cared for. The staff is also friendly and organized. We walked in looking for assistance with our English Bulldog, after almost 6 months of dealing with issues that our last Vet could not figure out. From the minute we walked in, the service and attention to deal are impeccable. The clinic is well designed, clean, the vet rooms are clean and spacious. Gabby, Doctor Chin, And Mariana were simply amazing. They all took the time to examine him completely; they spend an easy 30-45 minutes just checking him and then the rest of the test; the delicious peanut butter and the careful treatment. We honestly never expected this, we are certainly changing our dogs vet to Dr.Chin, it’s 5 minutes from our house, and I found their prices well within industry standards. Congratulations to the team at Amor.

I had a great experience bringing my dog Stitch to Amor Animal Hospital. Katrina, Gassy, and Dr. Chin were all very kind and helpful throughout the visit. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure Stitch was well taken care of. I really appreciated how caring and attentive everyone was. We had an absolutely excellent experience at Amor Animal Hospital today with our cat, Tippy! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff and assistants—Ana, Valentina, and Gaby—made us feel comfortable, welcome, and valued. They were incredibly efficient and took the time to clearly explain all services and costs upfront so there were no surprises. Dr. Chin was fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent communicator. She answered every single one of our questions and addressed all our observations about Tippy with great care. If you are looking for a veterinarian who provides top-tier care and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Amor Animal Hospital!
