I like their policies, I'm not a fan of their customer service very rude employee

I’ve never had such an easy time accessing the insurance I need when I needed it. The fast process from signing up for an insurance package that worked for me to the time I was insured was within 20 minutes and I was on the road. I would recommend sonnet to anyone who is tired of waiting on the phone to get the insurance the need.

My previous insurance company kept increasing our rates for no reason. And not just by a little bit ($500 or more each year). I decided to shop around and went with sonnet. I'm paying less than what I was with the previous company for a premium plan. Just rolled over since being with sonnet a year and the rates went down. Was a little time consuming to set up initially just having to get all the info but once it was done I was able to print proof of insurance right away. I haven't had to make a claim or any changes so I can't speak to those processes but so far I am happy with my decision to switch.

i needed achange of address for our policy we are not so up on computer how ever we got it after a while. every thing is OK now THANK YOU Shawn & Susan
