The best insurance company out there! I’m so pleased it’s beyond words.

It is a complete headache to fix anything, even when it’s Sonnet’s wrong doing. I was with Sonnet for 3 years until they misinformed me about a change to my policy, and then increased my premium by 50%, then refused to cancel my policy without proof of other insurance (which I provided 3 times) – and did absolutely nothing about the hassle. Biggest waste of time, it took over a month to finally get resolved, after calling twice a week & having to speak to someone different every time & re-explain the entire situation every time. So glad to be done with Sonnet.

Way to expensive. Im paying 200 roughly dollars every two weeks. And another insurance company is offering me 118 to 125 every two weeks. I will be changing insurance after this year

So far so good, rates have been reasonable with no surprises. As well hassle free and easy to deal with. I have no problems with sending a friend there way.

I’m with sonnet since 2017 for my car insurance and in this five consecutive years I had zero claims, still i’ve got 75 dollars reduced by monthly payment. I mean it was 550, in 2017 now i’m paying 475.
