Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I have car insurance with Sonnet for a few years now and it is really convenient for me . However I had Tenant insurance missed payments due to financial difficulties and I am unable to renew this for 2 years ! I personally think its too long! I am needing Tenant insurance AsAp !

If I can figure this out, anyone can. User friendly and best rates. Called my Insurance broker after my rates went up 3 years in a row they said "that's just the industry and you're still getting the best rate here". Well that wasnt the case, Sonnet was $850 less per year with the same coverage. Just wish I had switched sooner.

Very bad insurance company. Infinite Wait times. Is you make a claim they don’t know what to do. If u miss a payment because of any problem you had they don’t care and cancel your policy right away. Not only that but they can control their system to prevent you from making a new policy in case the old one is canceled

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! I am STILL waiting to speak to someone who can actually help! I had tenant insurance on my condo, which I did not agree to auto-renew! Now there is an outstanding balance of $20. I have dealt with other insurance companies in the past to which they have reversed transactions if I started a new policy somewhere else. Not sure what the hold up is here, or WHY YOU SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. Told I was sent email's still waiting on proof of that. Waiting for someone with a brain to call me. You guys are the crooks. I would never recommend you to anyone, and I wish I never gave you any business. You guys need to get your act together. Enjoy your $20. Garbage staff and garbage company. Rot in hell!
