Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I am sure sonnet has probably worked at doing things right. I however think they lack in communication. I have tried several times to get hold of someone in customer service without any luck. Sonnet wants to rely on computer generated service mostly and very little live people. I have left several messages requesting someone to call me back with no success from sonnet. There customer service is very poor.

I really like this insurance company very reasonable prices they are willing to help as much as they can highly recommend them

So far so good. I hope I never have to call Sonnet. For now I'm grateful for the low rate and hope to add car insurance to the other great products.

Not happy with u guys husband made 2 payment did the insurance wrong he paid 2 for the payments u guys keep half of each payments cause of a mistake he did when he went to pay scams
