I’m happy with how quickly I could apply and was approved. It’s very convenient when you need insurance that’s fairly priced, quickly. So far I have no issues, just waiting for it to go down :)

The plan is good
The plan is good. But the customer service is very bad. I am sorry for being rude. But your customer service is the worst service I have ever encountered with.

So quick and easy and affordable
A friend of mine told me to check your company out and within a few mins I got an amazing quote much better price than the company I left for you guys and I was with them over 20+yrs. Thanks for making my insurance affordable and easy to access and easy to pay!!!

Communication and customer service were…Hard to deal with.
Communication and customer service were terrible. I wanted to ad a vehicle so I had to cancel my policy and then rebook at a much higher rate for the same insurance coverage.
