Good experience! Little confusing weather I choose the right insurance coverage correctly online because of the options and not knowing what I needed! So I called to make sure I purchased the correct coverage needed as I financed my car. Little long wait to get customer service but all and all good experience. Price was great also!

I had to contact sonnet to do a modification to my car insurance policy. I called on the phone multiple times and could not speak to anyone, so I sent an e-mail. It said on the website that the delay for response was one opening day, but it took 3 before I got my answer. The person that answered me was polite and useful, so I would say that the service was great, but the delays to actually talk to someone to help you solve your problem is the longest I've experiences when it comes to insurance.

The easy of applying was just fantastic, the rates are always competitive and the whole experience is great !
