I was charged for an auto policy on my visa and never received it. Finance has been looking into a refund for the past two weeks amd i have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed on the service

It was very easy to get my insurance…
It was very easy to get my insurance set up and the price was far below the next closest competitor, but they send far too many follow up emails which got pretty annoying before unsubscribing to them.
