I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my adjuster to call me to take care of my claim! I called her multiple times she wont pick up, wont answer my emails! This is so frustrating !!!! And my claim is less than 2k ! 😐 this is a very cheap behaviour !

I was told by a friend that it was easy to use and I am more than happy, I was used to have to go out and get insurance and having to go out to pay this was way too good
