Super disappointed you cancelled me twice on error. Now I’m ready to never deal with ur company ever again. Will also not recommend you to anyone
Easy for home/auto insurance pet insurance needs work
Very easy to use the online service to get your auto/home insurance. Would like it if you could get your pet insurance the same way instead of have to call for it. But over all very happy with Sonnet so far.
Easy enough to get and quote and purchase online. Prices are competitive. Very helpful telephone customer service staff, when you get through to them. Nice to not get a constant flow of paper in the mail. For a web based business they should, but don't, offer e-versions of proof of insurance. They also tend to send me at least three copies of every email. Maybe because I have three policies, but really.... The real proof of quality would, of course, be a claims experience. I hope to never have to go there.
