Well when I first started looking for insurance I must’ve tried 15 different places and some of them waiting on the phone 30 to 60 minutes to talk to somebody I just got fed up I found using Sonnet was very easy and when I had to talk to a representative it was almost right away or

Your guys prices are way to high, I love sonnet but 250 monthly for a mailbu is insane.

I was pretty happy with my initial experience - ease of retaining a quote and policy was simple and efficient. I found the pricing to be acceptable - probably not the best but I needed to get the policy quickly. I was disappointed to receive a notice a few days into my term that my payment would be $10 more per month than I originally accepted. Overall ok experience but not like I’m going to rush to switch over my other cars, home, boat, etc.

I’m new of this company what I experienced so far is good the only thing I don’t like everytime you login you have to change password even though I save my accout thank you

I'm relatively new as a customer. I'm quite impressed with the overall service atmosphere which exist throughout my dealings so far. Very impressed with the ease of doing business. Cutting off the middle person while obtaining the information needed to take a decision was very important to me. Looking forward to enhancing the business experience in the future.
