Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

my whole family had insurance with Sonnet. We all bought new vehicles last year 3x of them. All brand new, the policy increases were so dramatic that we shopped around, could not believe that we were consistently quoted 30-50% less by every Company we checked. Then i decided the cancel, that was not a very pleasant experience but eventually i got to talk to Wasim and he helped me with a final number and i sent it that day via credit card and they accepted. Apparently i continued to be insured for another month after cancellation. Now i have a collection agency calling me. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone today with Tamana who put up with my Anger but no foul language and in the end the solution was that they could adjust the cancellation date back to when it was supposed to have been but still wanted payment for the xtra month. That worked out great. What a great Company to work with.

I still haven’t gotten my pink slip for my Acura in the mail it’s been 2 months

Why did we change getting insurance It’s just a hassle now Same as any other insurance company now
