All good, thanks for everything

My first call for a claim while in USA was never reported despite the fact I was told to wait for a call. I finally called again to discover that no claim was made and I need to pay out of pocket when I am out of the country. Fine, but would have been nice to know 72 hours earlier as I made it clear I was on vacation and wasting days and 150 dollars a night on hotels, along with the hotel I already had booked but not at yet. I explained all of this along with my frustration to the lady on my second call to which her only explanation was " ya it's a different team on the weekends" extremely unprofessional. When I finally did get assigned an adjuster, she was kind and nice but after the initial call, She wouldn't return a voicemail of which I left two over a three day period. She responded with a very unclear exchange of two emails. I left her another voicemail stating I needed clarification and had further questions. I still have not had that call returned.

Great cost on every package available

A lot to offer as compared to many out there. Highly recommended for those looking in to quality and competitive.

I am over 60 with very good record do not drive much,should be better rate by half.
