First of all customer service is a joke! Secondly, this company's polices are far from fair to the consumer. They will cancel you policy without any notice if you've missed a payment. They will also not notify you if you've missed this payment. Now I have a non payment cancelation on my record and I cannot get insurance through other companies. I urge you to look elsewhere for insurance and don't let this company take advantage of you.

Trying to speak to a real person is next to impossible. We need to avoid the digital world and let the humans do the work.

Prompt reply to enquires. I don’t think, however that agents for the company should be referred to as “hero’s”, No matter how good they are. Thanks for the help.

Your ok but you jack up my insurance from $306 to $340 and this year you bought it down to $333 which didn’t make sense to me 😬
