I had issues with fraud on my cc and it caused a payment to not go through. Contact Sonnet and everything was handled without incident.

Buyer beware!
If I could rate lower I would. Sonnet has made dealing with them the most impossible task. I’m still dealing with their multiple off their messes including now after 8 months for one claim.

CAUTION
CAUTION: DO NOT BUY FROM @sonnetinsurance @sonnetassurance
They more than doubled my premiums from year to year and charged me $300+ to cancel the policy after only 9 days (what should be a pro-rata cost of ~$75)
Their costumer service makes an arbitrary, robotic decision on the matter, and if you don’t like it they direct you to the Ombudsperson who took 30+ business days to make a final decision that 'no, we are keeping the money'.
