Fast and easy to use
Fast and easy to use. I like that I was able to define my insurance needs rather than having too many unnecessary add-ons I don't need or want.
My daughter had an accident over a week ago and Sonnet has only NOW begun to investigate her claim via email. Still no reach out in person. She is still in limbo with zero calls to see how she or her two small children are doing, the status of the vehicle or the impact this is having on her life. In addition, they have not even begun the process of towing her car to an assessment depot so she can begin to figure out if the car is repairable or if it is totaled. She had to have it towed to her driveway. Shameful!!
