Your ads on TV are disgraceful…you set out to offend men…and you have succeeded….half your customer base is men..who ever greenlit this campaign should be fired I would never do business with a company that shows such little judgement

I'm very pleased with the sonnet customer service and the policies

Need to change my policy to a different vehicle but was having an issue with the Vin. They took over on a live chat. 5 minutes it was all done. I also saved $67 a month.

Would like to see a live chat system added, and hopefully in the future it is easy to contact the customer service team.

They don't detail information. My car got Stolen while under finance and they're trying to stiff me with the bill saying I didn't opt for the right coverage:S how is theft not under basic insurance for a financed vehicle? Never heard of such a thing. All they want is your money-- they're trying to tell me basic cover is only for my health/safety when i have OHIP and really don't need that
