I hate calling any head office/…
I hate calling any head office/ insurance company because normally the experience is like jumping through hoops to get your problem/concerns resolved. The experience with Collin was nothing like that. He was very clear and friendly when he explained everything. We need more people like Collin working in customer service. Thank you :)
