Sonnet rates don’t line up with online comparisons
Originally got a quote through rates.ca and decided on Sonnet because of their low price. Called in to get that price and was given a policy that was way outside the estimate.
Insurance companies need to stop listing rock bottom prices on comparison sites just to look good. Customers take those estimates into consideration when buying new vehicles.
The only reason they get as good of a rating as they do is because they are open later than most insurance companies. Which means you can call after work to get what you need done.
I will be shopping for new rates when renewal comes.

I don’t like that it counts me talking…
I don’t like that it counts me talking on the phone over Bluetooth as me using my phone while driving. I’m perfectly capable of talking to my mom and driving safely.
