Great service but should work on better prices each renewal for loyal customers

Website was well-structured and easy to navigate. I find the prices better than others. Their representative was professional and accommodating in explaining the details. This is highly recommended.

Good deal on my car insurance and was easy to set up and easy to change my policy anytime.

Awesome so far

The service team member, Mark, was patient and clearly explained the issue and escalated my ticket accordingly. However, I kind of came away from Sonnet not feeling confident at all that my rate was accurately gauged for renewal where it was sent to me with an old address on the letter and the pink slip. As convenient as something like Sonnet is for online quotes and people who like to do things themselves, it's got some room for improvement so that the customer can feel confident that their data is up to date and current and therefore be given the best rate possible. It makes me want to consider shopping around for a more seamless experience.
