I was happy with the quote from Sonnet. The process was relatively simple. I got helpful assistance from customer service. Too many choices on phone trying to get information I wanted. Confusing.

Hello, you charged me an extra 600 CAD for not downloading the mobile application. This is a very large sum for me. I will not recommend you to anyone and I will cancel my insurance as soon as possible.

Terrible service, buyer beware. After having an accident my insurance adjuster disappeared and could never be reached again. Countless phone calls and emails had to take place, speaking to no less than 5 different people, it has been a month and the minor damage on my vehicle has not been repaired. When you ask for support no one will give it to you. They also tried to force me to void my warranty on my new vehicle in order for the repairs to be completed, this company cannot be trusted.

Easy and got what I needed to very quickly
